However, there are a few things we prefer not to clean to maintain safety and efficiency such as:
- Personal Items – Cleaning services may avoid handling personal items such as jewelry, documents, or other valuables to prevent any risk of loss or damage.
- Pet Waste – Dealing with pet waste, such as cleaning litter boxes or picking up feces, may not be part of the standard cleaning services. Some specialized pet services may handle this instead.
- Mold Removal – Extensive mold removal might require specialized services due to health and safety concerns. Basic cleaning services may not have the expertise or equipment for such tasks.
- Heavy or Bulky Furniture Moving – Cleaning services may not be equipped to move extremely heavy or bulky furniture. It’s advisable to discuss furniture moving expectations in advance.
- Exterior Cleaning – Exterior tasks, like cleaning gutters, windows on higher floors, or power washing the outside of the house, may not be included in standard cleaning services.
- Pest Control – While general cleaning services can help prevent pest issues, they might not handle the direct removal of pests or infestations.
- Kids’ Toys – We can organize toys and dust them, however we do not use chemicals to wipe the toys.
- Inside of Fireplace – Cleaning the inside of fireplaces is not within the standard cleaning services offered by Ms. Klean.
- Appliances with Risk – Certain appliances that may pose a risk of malfunction won’t be cleaned by Ms. Klean to ensure they work properly.
